Q1: Why is it with inductive load 1000W max?

For inductive load appliance like electric fan, its starting current is much higher than the rated current, twice, 3 times or even 4 times of the rated. To protect HARMNEE controller, we advise you to use motor tools within 1000W. Otherwise the switch will trip or the controller will be damaged directly.

Q2: Is it a normal phenomenon that the controller get heated?

Yeah, it is. HARMNEE controller is with many electric parts inside. When it works, these parts will generate heat. Please use it in dry and ventilated environment.

Q3: Is the measured output voltage always the accurate voltage?

When the machine is empty, the measured output voltage is a virtual voltage. A load above 20W must be connected to measure the correct voltage.

Q4: Does the power output need to be grounded?

Yes, of course. HARMNEE controller is with metal outer shell. When you use it, the power output must be safely grounded.
